Same exact thing happened to my sons after second ride!! Tapped it and it snapped!! Still can’t find it and when I thought I did I got scammed!!!
This is so unfair! Our son literally only had this scooter for 5 weeks before the brake handle broke! I have been trying to contact GOTRAX about a replacement brake handle with no help!!!! This is not right! They sell you a $500 dollar scooter that can not be repaired!!! I'm devastated for my son. He only had used this scooter a handful of times!!!!!!
Same thing happened to my sons broke in same exact spot and can’t find one anywhere!!!
First ride out on the scooter and it takes a very slow speed fall to the ground. Brake handle snapped on its very first impact. These are not durable at all. Contacted Support. Was promised to be responded to in 3 business days. It has been double that with complete silence so far
The hand brake broke Xmas day a few hours after he opened it. I emailed customer service and no one has contacted me. The part has never been available since that time. Very disappointing service
